Vedanthangal bird sanctuary visit on Dec 23, 2013 with relatives,
Left Mandaveli at 6:30 AM by City bus 555 (Rs 50 round trip). Reached Chengalpattu at 8:00AM. Right after breakfast, left for Vedanthangal by Taxi (Rs 900). Reached around 10 AM. Spent about 4 hours. Entrance fee; 5 Rs. Camera: 50 Rs. Guide:Rs 100. Returned for late lunch at 4:30 PM. Two buses- Chingalpattu to Tambaram; Tambaram to Mandaveli. Notable trip. Enjoyable visit.
